Summary: Timora Attendance respects your privacy. The app stores your attendance, employee, and payroll records locally on your device. We do NOT track you across third-party apps or websites, and we do NOT share or sell your data.

1. Information We Store Locally

Timora Attendance stores data directly on your device database to provide attendance and payroll management functionality:

Employee details and names
Attendance marks, check-in/out times, and overtime notes
Salary and payroll calculations
Group and department categories
App preferences and theme options

All this information remains strictly under your control on your local device.

2. Data Tracking & App Tracking Transparency

We do NOT track our users.

Timora Attendance does not track your activity across other apps or websites owned by other companies. The app does not utilize App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompts because cross-app user tracking and advertising ID matching are not performed.

3. Advertisements

Timora Attendance displays standard, non-personalized advertisements via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to support continuous app maintenance and updates.

No cross-app activity tracking is performed for advertising.
Your attendance, employee, and payroll records are never transmitted or shared with advertisers.

4. App Permissions

The app requests minimal permissions on your device strictly when needed:

Photo Library / File Access: Required only when you explicitly export or save attendance reports and PDF summaries to your device.
Notifications: Required only if you enable local reminders for marking attendance.

5. Local Storage & Data Control

Because attendance records are saved in your device's local database:

No mandatory cloud account is required.
Uninstalling the app will clear the locally saved attendance history unless you export a backup report.
You retain 100% ownership and control over your attendance data.

6. Security & Data Protection

We prioritize data protection by keeping attendance management local to your physical device. We recommend securing your device with a passcode or biometric protection to keep your records private.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect app updates or regulatory guidelines. Any changes will be updated within the application.
