Summary: Bratify respects your privacy. The app processes and stores your memes, 500+ frames, multi-photo collages, custom backgrounds, and draft projects locally on your device. We do NOT track you across third-party apps or websites, and we do NOT share or sell your data.

1. Information We Store Locally

Bratify stores data directly on your device database to provide creative meme and collage studio functionality:

Saved meme designs, drafts, and editing project history
Multi-photo frame selections and slot configurations (1 to 4 photos)
Custom background wallpaper settings, opacity, and blur values
Typography customizations, draggable text coordinates, and captions
Filter presets, studio effects, and crop transformations
App preferences and theme options

All this information remains strictly under your control on your local device.

2. Data Tracking & App Tracking Transparency

We do NOT track our users.

Bratify does not track your activity across other apps or websites owned by other companies. The app does not utilize App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompts because cross-app user tracking and advertising ID matching are not performed.

3. Advertisements & Data Safety

Bratify is designed as an ad-free creative experience:

No third-party advertising SDKs are integrated into the application.
No cross-app activity tracking is performed.
Your photos, creative designs, and text captions are never transmitted or shared with advertisers or third parties.

4. App Permissions

The app requests minimal permissions on your device strictly when needed:

Photo Library Access: Required only when you select photos to place into frames, collage grids, and custom background wallpapers, or when you explicitly export rendered ultra-HD creations to your Apple Photos library.
Camera Access: Required only if you choose to take a live photo directly from within the app to place into a frame slot or canvas background.

5. Local Storage & Data Control

Because meme drafts and creative projects are saved in your device's local database:

No mandatory cloud account or login is required.
Uninstalling the app will clear locally saved draft history.
You retain 100% ownership and control over your photos and creative designs.

6. Security & Data Protection

We prioritize data protection by keeping all image compositing, cropping, and filter rendering local to your physical device. Your data benefits from Apple's native hardware encryption and sandbox security.

7. Children's Privacy

Bratify does not collect any personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). Because zero personal data is collected, the app complies with COPPA and global child privacy regulations.
